During the implementation phase, the client is regularly advised with regard to the progress, quality and costs of the construction project. 

Progress is monitored by monitoring the schedule and anticipating upcoming developments.

The costs of the project are regularly monitored through a construction cost budget monitoring overview. A prognosis is drawn up of the expected costs so that the total expected construction costs are visible at all times.
