safety requires a high priority during the building process from design stage until and with execution of the works and even after that during maintenance.

With respect to safety issues we can take care of a Health & Safety Plan (H&S plan) whose preparation is required pursuant to the Building Process Decree Working Conditions Act, provided that the construction meets certain criteria.

In concert with the architect and other disciplinary consultants, if any, our company can prepare the H&S plan design phase, and monitor the completion of the H&S plan by the contractor during the construction phase.

Upon completion of the project an H&S file has to be prepared as well, which can be assesed on contents and complettenes.
