measurement certificates are issued by our company in compliance with the provisions of NEN 2580.

Measurementcertificates represent the gross surface area, the net surface area, and, dependent on the designation, the practical or rentable surface area. In most cases a measurement certificate is produced by order so as to assess the cost price of a building, or in such cases that require the rentable surface area in order to set or check the rental.

All rooms will be measured digitally on the basis of computer files and mentioned per room or part of the building in a measurement report which forms an integral part of the measurement certificate. If digital drawings are not available, the building or the parts of the building in question will be measured and digitalized on drawing on the basis of the available data whether on drawing or otherwise, after which the measurement certificate can be produced.
