For clients who realize a project (or contract its realization out), our company meets the need to take on
an architectural manager who can assist in the realization of the construction plans.
In this case the focal point is on examining the arrangements and agreements with construction partners.
During the executionphase the client will be regularly advised on the progress,
quality and cost of the construction project.
The progress is monitored by controlling the planning and anticipating future developments.
The quality is checked against the contract documents and prevailing construction
standards. To that end architectural inspections on site will be held on a regular basis,
of which the interested parties will be informed by means of reports.
The cost of the project will be kept up to date by means of a construction cost
budgetary control statement. In addition, a forecast of anticipated costs will be
prepared, providing insight into the totally anticipated cost of construction at any given time.
