Our company can undertake the management task. In the most comprehensive
form our company will in fact act as delegated client, in which case the
parties' responsibilities will be agreed on in advance. Architectural
quality inspections, additions and omissions control, examinations of
shop and execution drawings could be options.
Construction management may also include the preparation of statements of the
financial position of the work with regard to e.g. specification amendments,
additions and omissions, processing of deductible quantities, and expenditure
to the debit of provisional sums. Our company may also be relied upon to hold
and chair construction (team) meetings, inclusive of the preparation and distribution
to involved parties of the minutes of meeting.
In the final phase of a project an accurate completion and any activity in
connection therewith are of importance to the transfer by the contractor to the client.
