building physics such as heat, moisture and sound. During the preliminary phase of the construction
an assessment of the specification and contract drawings may prove useful for the further detailing of a project.
A prerequisite for filing the documents which are part of the application for a
building permit is that, in principle, all requirements provided in the building
decree are met, such as e.g. fire safety, energy control, ventilation, daylight
illumination and sound-proofing.
During construction phase, quality of the works can be assesed and,
if necessary, the client advised to take corrective measurements.
